On March 11, 2025, ITA Americas Initiative organized an “ITA Americas Initiative Latin American Forum” which was co-hosted by Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR) in New York (you can see wonderful views from the windows!).
The event featured an informal, off-the-record discussion of current developments and concerns in international arbitration among practitioners and was moderated by Andrew Finn (Sullivan & Cromwell), Ank Santens (White & Case LLP), and Luis Martinez (ICDR).
