On March 11, 2025, ITA Americas Initiative organized an “ITA Americas Initiative Latin American Forum” which was co-hosted by\u00a0Sullivan & Cromwell LLP<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0International Centre for Dispute Resolution\u00ae (ICDR)<\/a> in New York (you can see wonderful views from the windows!).<\/p>\n\n

The event featured an informal, off-the-record discussion of current developments and concerns in international arbitration among practitioners and was moderated by\u00a0Andrew Finn<\/a>\u00a0(Sullivan & Cromwell),\u00a0Ank Santens<\/a>\u00a0(White & Case LLP<\/a>), and Luis Martinez<\/a> (ICDR).<\/p>\n\n

Americas’ Initiative Chair Eric Franco FCIArb MSc<\/a>, Julio Rivera R\u00edos<\/a> and Pedro Jos\u00e9 Izquierdo<\/a> gave their warm welcome!<\/p>\n\n
