A less debated aspect is increased innovation, productivity and resilience within organizations. It allows us to take advantage of all talent available and, considering the complexity of the challenges business and the world are facing, there is no talent to waste.\u00a0Thus, it is a matter of social justice, sustainability\u00a0yet also a business case.\u00a0It was a pleasure sharing the panel with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mx.linkedin.com\/in\/cindyrayo?trk=public_post-text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cindy R.<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Cecilia Alemany,\u00a0with inspiring\u00a0moderation\u00a0by\u00a0diversity and inclusion champion\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.linkedin.com\/in\/claudiasalomon?trk=public_post-text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Claudia Salomon<\/a>.
