{"id":3486,"date":"2019-10-07T21:33:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-08T02:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legaldelta.com\/fac-1-peruvian-adaptation-and-spanish-translation\/"},"modified":"2025-12-29T13:49:19","modified_gmt":"2025-12-29T18:49:19","slug":"fac-1-adaptation-and-translation-to-spanish","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legaldelta.com\/en\/fac-1-adaptation-and-translation-to-spanish\/","title":{"rendered":"FAC-1 Adaptation and Translation to Spanish"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/legaldelta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1570472496968.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3391\" srcset=\"https:\/\/legaldelta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1570472496968.webp 720w, https:\/\/legaldelta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1570472496968-300x300.webp 300w, https:\/\/legaldelta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1570472496968-150x150.webp 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Prof. David Mosey, Eric Franco, Prof. Gillian Douglas, Dean of the KCL School of Law, and Darya Bahram, ACA Secretary General<\/p>\n\n<p>King&#8217;s College London Centre of Construction Law and the UK Association of Consultant Architects have concluded our sixth licence for the translation and adaptation of the FAC-1 Framework Alliance Contract, this time a Spanish version intended for use in Peru, Chile and Colombia.<\/p>\n\n<p>The team in Peru is led by Eric Franco, an alumnus of the King&#8217;s MSc in Construction Law who is an in-house lawyer at ENGIE, and he will be working in consultation with\u00a0another of our Peruvian MSc alumni\u00a0Katherine Waidhofer, with\u00a0Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicada (Oscar Talavera, Director of Postgraduate Studies in Engineering), with Universidad del Pac\u00edfico (Fernando Cantuarias, Dean of the Law School) and with the\u00a0Peruvian Society of Construction Law (Gustavo Paredes, President).<\/p>\n\n<p>Eric Franco visited Prof. Gillian Douglas, Dean of the KCL Dickson Poon School of Law, on Monday 7th\u00a0October, where the FAC-1 Peruvian licence was finalised with the the KCL Centre of Construction Law and with the Association of Consultant\u00a0Architects.
