I am delighted to share the March 2026 issue of Construction Law International (CLInt). This is the first issue I am acting as Committee Editor, and Dr Aleksander Godhe FCIArb<\/strong><\/a> as the Deputy Committee Editor. The Editorial Board is composed of top-tier professionals committed to producing a magazine of the highest quality: Thayananthan Baskaran<\/strong><\/a> (Chair of the Editorial Board), Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Hammad, Paula Sanchez, MCIArb<\/strong><\/a>, Anamaria Popescu, PhD, PE, PMP, PSP<\/strong><\/a>, Basil Th\u00e9vignot<\/strong><\/a>, Naoki Iguchi, Khalifah Alyaqout<\/strong><\/a>, Dr Engy Serag<\/strong><\/a>, Sung Hyun Hwang, Jacob Henriquez FCIArb<\/strong><\/a> and Ngo-Martins Okonmah FCIArb<\/strong><\/a>. We aim to continue delivering a truly international magazine with insightful reflections on construction law and projects from around the world, as well as legal news and updates.<\/p>\n\n

This issue includes articles commenting on the reform of the Mexican Public Works Law and Related Services (Orlando \u5965\u5170\u591a Cabrera<\/strong><\/a>); a recent judicial development in India that is poised to reshape how India\u2019s renewable energy disputes are interpreted and resolved (Gagan Anand<\/strong><\/a>); the significant investments that are being undertaken regarding AI data centres and the challenges they face (Jake Owen<\/strong><\/a>); how arbitrating a FIDIC contract requires understanding of the FIDIC contractual system (Roberto Hern\u00e1ndez-Garc\u00eda, FCIArb, FIDIC Certified<\/strong><\/a>); and the 2026 revision of the new mandatory rules on warranty and defect notification under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Bernd Ehle<\/strong><\/a>). Further, you will find a legal update about the recent enactment of the new Paraguayan Arbitration Law (Martin Carlevaro<\/strong><\/a> and Vivian Maldonado<\/strong><\/a>) and a book review of the second edition of Dimitar Kondev<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s excellent book, Multi-Party and Multi-Contract Construction Arbitration (Thayananthan Baskaran<\/strong><\/a> and Faye Xiang Ng<\/strong><\/a>).
