From Tuesday, March 4, to Friday, March 7, our partner, Eric Franco FCIArb MSc, Chair of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration Americas Initiative, will be in Toronto, Canada, participating in the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) events and the third edition of the ITA Conference on International Arbitration in the Mining Sector.
The ITA Conference takes place immediately after PDAC 2025, the world’s most important mining convention, bringing together industry leaders, legal experts, and policymakers. During PDAC, Eric will also attend the Peruvian Cocktail, organized by the Cámara de Comercio Canadá Perú.
